In the scope of the company, labor conflict plus the surfeit higher and low motivation to have a close relationship with the low level of job satisfaction and it will give rise to the phenomenon of adverse and can destroy the organizational goals of the company, among them the inaction of work, decreased work efficiency, social jealousy , decreased morale, decreased work productivity, seniority (employees who work longer hours in the company leverages the power derived to treat other people that could potentially lead to feeling of - the negative feelings in the victim, such as depression, feeling of worthlessness, anger, resentment, which could resulting in low morale, productivity decreased even out of work), which eventually lead to job dissatisfaction in employees.
